Terms of use

These cover the website. Project work is governed by a separate signed agreement.

Who we are

Codic Systems (SMC-Private) Limited, a single member company limited by shares, incorporated under the Companies Act 2017 and registered in Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan. CUIN 0352637. Registered office: Street 14-B, Abbasi Road, Bani Gala, Islamabad 45400, Pakistan.

Using this site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own business purposes. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own, or use it to train a system in a way that reproduces it verbatim.

Prices and information

Price ranges published on this site are indicative and are given so that you can judge fit before contacting us. They are not a quotation and they are not an offer capable of acceptance. A binding price comes only in a written proposal, signed by both parties.

Case studies describe real work. Where a client is anonymised, or where we have a relationship with the business described, this is stated on the case study itself. Figures quoted are those measured at the time.

Enquiries are not a contract

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. We may decline work, and frequently do, including where we do not believe we are the right people for it.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell us about your business in an enquiry or a call is treated as confidential and is not shared. If you need that in writing before a discussion, ask for an NDA and we will sign one.

Intellectual property in project work

For client projects, ownership of the code we write transfers to you on final payment. Until then it remains ours. Third-party components remain under their own licences, and we tell you which those are. The full terms are in the project agreement, and the summary here does not replace it.

Liability

The content of this site is provided for information. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of a web page. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad Capital Territory have jurisdiction. For client projects the governing law is stated in the project agreement and may differ.
